Inclusion Leadership
Overview
For those organizations seeking to bring the most out of their groups abilities the CMI Leadership Training program seeks to do just that. Through a series of experiential activities and workshops CMI trainers work with its participants to establish a understanding of the “Inclusion Leadership” paradigm. The Inclusion Leadership training centers around a T.E.A.M. approach to group successes. Participants understand how their interactions and relationships with each other have a large impact on work productivity. At the conclusion of the trainings participants leave with skills that they can apply to the University and to their T.E.A.M.
Program Goals:
- Participant student leaders develop critical self and inter-personal skills (e.g. self-awareness, communication skills, problem-solving skills and empathy) for effectively working with others.
- Participants learn how to create a vision while developing strategies that make things happen as well as learn how to take intelligent risks
- Further skills that will aide in leading a winning team, department or organization through the empowerment process
