Business Diversity Training
Overview
CMI trainers have spent most of their professional and personal lives committed to enhancing diversity, of all forms, in the workplace. As more and more businesses are becoming vastly diverse, CMI has developed a programming model for small and large businesses who are interested in enhancing their staffs understanding of race, cultural awareness, sexism, and homophobia. Participants leave a CMI training with skills that they can apply to the working world, which can assist in furthering business productivity.
Program Goals:
- Participants understand the foundation of race and culture in the United States.
- Participation in experiential activities that enhance self-knowledge and, in turn, affect the participant's everyday interactions with colleagues.
- Learning and enhancing skills related to program development, facilitation and ongoing management.
